Absolutely. We have developed a package that keeps the meat at the right temperature for 72 hours. We recommend you to buy fresh to maximize the experience.

Has your meat ever been recalled to be unsafe to eat?

Never. The meat we offer is hormone free and antibiotic free. The preparation is executed under high standards to secure the best condition of the goods.

How many days can I maintain the products?

Every package that we send it comes with expiry dates for the refrigerator and the freezer. Up to 10 days in the refrigerator. Up to 2 months in the freezer.

Do you use vacuum?

We use vacuum because, besides shelf life is extended, it also protects the meat from coming in contact with anything that can infect the product.

If I open the vacuum, how many days can we store it in the refrigerator and how many days in the freezer?

If you have a vacuum, you can close it again and store it. If you do not have one, wrap it and store it in the refrigerator up to 2 days or up to 1 month in the freezer.

In which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to all EU countries. If you want to order from a country that does not belong to EU, do not hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take to receive my order?

24-48 hours. If you are in a remote area, sometimes it takes 72 hours.

What if my order somehow gets lost or won’t be delivered to me?

You can insure your order by paying only 1% of the total value. If your order gets lost for any reason, we will refund you 100% of the total amount until 5.000 euros.

Can I cancel my order?

A cancellation request may be submitted. Please note that the order fee is non-refundable.

A cancellation request may be submitted. The reservation deposit is fully refundable.

How much time do you need to fulfill a pre-order?

We inform you via e-mail when you place the order with an estimated delivery time. As the production begins and your delivery date approaches, we will contact you to deposit the additional amount. Then our advisor will contact you to arrange the delivery date.

Why to buy the meat online instead of physical store?

We have better quality control and we are able to reduce our carbon footprint at headquarters instead of having many retail stores all over Europe. Also, you can give your order whenever you want instantaneously without having to wait in line to get in the store or to the till point. Moreover, online store gives us the potential to reduce the costs and make it affordable to almost everyone.

When we place an order, what is the next step?

When we receive an order, we process the meat, we vacuum it and store it at 0 degrees. The courier comes and picks up your order. Then, we share with you the tracking number of the parcel, so you can check where it is.

Which payments options do you accept?

We accept various payments methods, such as credit cards, PayPal.

Do you accept payments with Crypto?

Do I have to pay customs?

In EU, you don’t have to pay customs.
